Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, you are in the heart of everything, but far enough away to enjoy nature and relax. Hiking, biking, fishing, snow shoeing, skiing and plenty of nature. The living room and deck overlook Mt Sherman, one of the most hiked mountains in the area.

Short Term Rental Agreement By booking this property, you agree to all the following items. Guest need to be 25 years old or older. This is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin. Check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am on the days booked above. A late charge of $50/hour for late check out. The maximum occupancy is 4individuals. The guest who booked the property must be at the cabin. No 3rd party bookings. No subletting. Violation of either of these items may result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. We do not allow pets of any kind. NO smoking inside the cabin. Fireplaces are for use October through March. There is parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of cabin. No parties or large gathering. If extra cleaning is required after your departure, it will be charged to you. Upon your arrival, please do a quick walk through looking for any damages. Please notify us with a picture and text of any items that are not satisfactory. If any issues are not reported at this time, we will assume everything was acceptable. Use of the premises is only for residential vacation rental. Guests will not conduct any commercial activity. There shall not be any illegal activity at the cabin. Any personal possessions are not the responsibility of the owner. If guest has left an item, we will attempt to locate and return it to you, at your cost. Not responsible for any item left more than 7 days. We are not responsible for events beyond our control ( such as travel delays or weather). I would recommend travel insurance for this type of issue.
