My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb condo. Front beach location, super clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with all the amenities that we needed during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed all our meals in the covered spacious patio with the most serene views and the peaceful sound of the ocean. Phil our host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for our stay. We would definitely look to reserve this home in the near future.

This is our second time staying at Phil's place. The views are second to none. It means so much to have our pups with us and they loved the view as well. It was so relaxing and peaceful. we enjoyed it immensely. we will definitely be back again.

Phil's place was a very nice and plan on visiting again. The home was very clean and looked like the pictures. Phil was very responsive to my questions. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking items you need plus some spices. A large TV in the den and a large deck to sit and watch the waves was very relaxing. Bed slept great. Wife enjoyed the deep tub. The pool and hot tub was big and very nice. Grilled dinner on grills by the pool. The grills were clean and area will maintained. Beach chairs included was a plus and the chair guy was very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo at the Grand Panama. Grand Panama was well kept, clean, and secure.

All I can say is YES! Book this place it is amazing! The view from balcony was amazing! The size was amazing! This place was just perfect. I will 100% be back! Perfect location and great value! I can’t say enough how great it was

We had an excellent stay at Phil's place very spacious for our family of 4 and fur baby. The view was amazing we spend most of our time on the balcony was well worth our time and money. Great affordable rates as well. Phil was a great host very responsive and informative with check in and check out process. would definitely recommend his place anytime.

Starting with I want to rent your place to bye, our 4 months stay at Phil's place was delightful. The best host we have had over the last 10 years of Snow Birding. He was responsive to our questions and requests, and kept us up dated on local activities, issues, and building maintenance schedules. Oh yes, the interior and furniture where the best. If we decide to go back to Panama City Beach, our first call is to see if Phil's place is available.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Phil’s beautiful beachfront condo. The view off the grand balcony was amazing. The condo itself was well appointed and very clean and cute.
Check in was easy, you park right as you pull into the parking garage in tower two and check in at the lobby. They will explain everything and give you your packet with wristbands etc. parking garage is levels 2-5. I recommend when getting there and the day when leaving to park on level 5. This is where the cross walk to tower 1 is and eliminates an extra wait/elevator ride.
As soon as you walk out on the beach there is a hut that manages the beach chairs/umbrella. You will get access to a pair of lounges and umbrella for your stay. I recommend going there as soon as you check in. Advise them of your room number and last name. They will put you on the list and assign you as set that is numbered which will be yours the whole stay each day 9-5. As days go on and closer to the front row become available they will

Phil's place was very comfortable and cozy. It was very easy to settle in on the deck to watch the sunset and the view of the mountains. Couldn't ask for anything more peaceful. We were supposed to have another couple with this but couldn't make it so ended up being one of the most relaxing weekends we've had in a long time. I would go back.

Phil was a great host and always responded quickly. Instructions were great. He actually allowed us to check in a little early because cleaning finished sooner than expected. This has never happened to us before. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you Phil and best wishes. We will be back.

Very cozy cabin in convenient area. We went at the perfect time for snow and really enjoyed our stay with Phil. I would definitely stay at Phil’s place again!
