We are a 24 hour gated community. We will need names, driver's license of all guests. Additionally, the car license plate and state. If you are renting a car, just indicate rental. You will be required to show id at the gate for entry. This information will be asked for about a week before your arrival. Short Term Rental Agreement By booking this property, you agree to all the following items. Guest need to be 25 years old or older. Check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am on the days booked above. A late charge of $50/hour for late check out. The maximum occupancy is 8 individuals. The guest who booked the property must be at the condo. No 3rd party bookings. No subletting. Violation of either of these items may result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. We do not allow pets of any kind. NO smoking inside the condo. Hot tub use is for Adults. Any children need to be supervised at all times. By using the hot tub, you assume all risk associated with its use. Please use plastic glasses in the hot tub. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the garage. any other vehicles must park in the lot in front of the building. No parties or large gathering. If extra cleaning is required after your departure, it will be charged to you. Upon your arrival, please do a quick walk through looking for any damages. Please notify us with a picture and text of any items that are not satisfactory. If any issues are not reported at this time, we will assume everything was acceptable. Use of the premises is only for residential vacation rental. Guests will not conduct any commercial activity. There shall not be any illegal activity at the condo. Any personal possessions are not the responsibility of the owner. If guest has left an item, we will attempt to locate and return it to you, at your cost. Not responsible for any item left more than 7 days. We are not responsible for events beyond our control ( such as travel delays or weather). I would recommend travel insurance for this type of issue.

This condo also uses a Minut home monitor. This sensor monitors temperature, humidity, noise levels and smoke alarms. It does not monitor or record any audio or video.
